Shipping policy
Where do you ship?
Shipping is available anywhere within the United States. When a shop update is released, all orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Any remaining items sold throughout the year will be shipped within 5 business days. If you have questions about the estimated ship date of your order, please email me at kristin@kqrceramics.com.
What kind of packing materials do you use?
I am very passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly packing materials. I am also passionate about delicate ceramics arriving safely to their new homes across the country! Whenever possible, I re-use shipping materials like bubble wrap (when I feel it is necessary for safe shipping), packing paper, and boxes. I always use compostable/dissolvable packing peanuts. If you have ideas on how I can package my work to better serve the environment, please let me know!
Do you offer local pickup?
I offer free local pickup at my garage studio in Olympia, WA. When you are checking out, you will have the option of selecting local pickup. Once your order is ready, I'll send you an email with pickup instructions.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
I want you to be happy with the ceramics that you receive. If your purchase wasn’t what you expected, you can request to return it within 30 days of receiving it. It will need to be returned in the same condition that you received it to receive a refund.
To request a return, you can contact me at kristin@kqrceramics.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive return instructions and I will refund the value of your ceramics once I have received it back in good condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What can I do?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please let me know within 1 week of delivery so I can solve the issue. If any item appears damaged or defective, please let me know. Photographs are helpful so I can see what has been broken.
Please keep in mind that these items are all made by hand, and each piece has some degree of imperfection and uniqueness that you won’t find in mass produced ceramics. I strive to portray my work accurately and honestly in images and descriptions, so that you are confident in what you are buying.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please allow one week for your return to be processed once I receive your shipment.
